Jon Ackland is an exercise physiologist with more than fifteen years of experience in sports training all over the world. He has trained athletes in a large number of different sports, including running, cycling, swimming, rowing, rugby, basketball, hockey, skiing, and yachting. A former New Zealand national rowing champion, he is an active triathlete who has twice completed the Hawaii Ironman.
